In these challenging times it is important that we return to ourselves and hear our own voice. Distant reiki has a natural place in supporting this and remains a popular way to relax and allow our body to help balance itself. I am offering phone calls, zoom or WhatsApp, where you can talk about how you are and what is going on in your life, to help clear your mind, then lie down, relax deeply and soak up the distant reiki as I send it. This can be in silence or I can describe what's going on to you during the session. To assist your relaxation I can offer guided meditations and visualisations if you enjoy them. They help focus your mind on benefiting yourself. An advantage of these home sessions is that you don’t have to get up and go home after it as you are comfortably there already.
